( Feature Length). 1.1 Parallax When attempts to rescue a ship stuck in a quantum singularity fail, the crew must work out if everything it as it appears. 1.2 Time and Again During an investigation of a recently devastated world, Janeway and Paris accidentally travel back in time to one day before the event that kills all life on the planet. 1.3 Phage When one of the Voyager crew is attacked by aliens that harvest bodily organs, Janeway must confront the ethical problems of dealing with them. 1.4 The Cloud Searching for a boost to their energy supply in a nebula, the crew accidentally damage an unknown lifeform. 1.5 Eye of the Needle Voyager detects a wormhole that might just be able to get them home to the Alpha Quadrant. 1.6 Ex Post Facto While on an away mission, Paris is accused of murder and sentenced to relive the incident over and over again for the rest of his life. 1.7 Emanations Searching for a new element in an asteroid belt, Kim is transported to another reality and the only way back may be to die. 1.8 Prime Factors Voyager meets a very friendly race that may have a way to get them half way on their journey home, but does this strange people have an ulterior motive for welcoming them. 1.9 State of Flux When a damaged Kazon ship is found, the explosion shows evidence of Federation technology. Captain Janeway must face the fact that there is a traitor onboard the Voyager. 1.10 Heroes and Demons A number of crew go missing on the holodeck and the Doctor, on his very first away mission, is set to find out where they went. 1.11 Cathexis Returning to Voyager Chakotay is in a coma and Tuvok appears to be lying. When crew start acting strange, they suspect they are not alone on the ship. 1.12 Faces In an attempt to cure the Phage, B'Elanna is split into her Human and Klingon halves which must work together to escape. 1.13 Jetrel A scientist responsible for killing thousands of Talaxians, including Neelix's family, comes aboard with serious news. But can he be trusted? 1.14 Learning Curve While Tuvok is tutoring some of the former Maquis crew, an accident occurs and Tuvok and company find themselves trapped and have to rely on each other. 1.15 Projections Convinced the Voyager is under attack from the Kazon, the Doctor leaves Sickbay to tend the wounded and descends into chaos where nothing can be trusted to be real. Reginald Barclay appears as a hologram representing the Doctor's control system. 1.16 Elogium When space borne creatures attach themselves to the ship Kes prematurely enters the Elogium, the one time in her life she can have a child. 1.17 Twisted The Voyager encounters a space disruption that traps the crew on the ship as it becomes a maze in which space folds in upon itself, each decision they make narrows their choices and further traps them. 1.18 The 37ers The Voyager is forced to land on an planet and the crew are astonished to find a '37 Chevy and Amelia Eahart, the first woman to fly across the Pacific Ocean. Note - The UK episode order for the end of Season One and start of Season Two differs from the US one. In the US the last four episodes above were held back as Season Two episodes. Season Two 2.1 Initiations Chakotay is attacked by a lone Kazon youth who has to prove himself by killing a Federation enemy. 2.2 Non Sequitur Ensign Kim awakes to find himself in 24th Century San Francisco. Looking at his service record he finds that he was never assigned to the Voyager. 2.3 Parturition On a mission to a Class M planet, Neelix and Paris become trapped in a cave with a hatching alien lifeform. They must team up to protect each other and the baby alien. 2.4 Persistence of Vision Just before an important first contact meeting, the crew are troubled by disturbing images from their life. Paris sees his father and Janeway is shocked when her holodeck novel takes on a new twist. 2.5 Tattoo Chakotay is left behind on a planet inhabited by descendants of a Native American Indian tribe. He must face his past and remember his culture to convince the tribe of his goodwill. 2.6 Cold Fire On a space station, an Ocampan colonist offers to lead the crew to the second Caretaker, a female alien they call Suspiria. 2.7 Maneuvres Seska returns with her Kazon allies with a massive shock for Commander Chakotay. 2.8 Resistance Caught up in a local conflict Tuvok is taken captive, Janeway is helped by an old man who believe she is his long lost daughter. 2.9 Prototype When the crew finds a humanoid robot floating in space, Torres attempts to repair it. Brought back to life, the sentient artificial lifeform explains that its kind is near extinction and demands that Torres builds a prototype for a new generation. 2.10 Alliances Janeway seeks to strengthen Voyager's position by forming an alliance with some of the Kazon sects. When the talks do not go well she looks to the Trabe who appear to have similar peaceful goals. 2.11 Threshold In a effort to find a quick way home, Paris flies a new trans-warp shuttle to the never before achieved speed of Warp 10 but on his return he starts to exhibit very strange after-effects. 2.12 Meld After a murder is committed on the ship, Tuvok melds with the guilty man to try and determine why he did such a evil deed and find himself spiralling into madness. 2.13 Dreadnought When the Voyager crew find a Cardassian guided missile headed towards a populated planet, Torres must face up to the actions of her past and stop the errant projectile. 2.14 Death Wish A desperate refugee from the Q-Continuum seeks refuge on Voyager, but it is not long before Q arrives to take him home. Janeway must hold a unique trial, where Q must defend the Continuum. 2.15 Lifesigns In order to save a dying Viidian female, the Doctor places her phage-ridden body in stasis and transfers her mind into another hologram who he quite unexpectedly starts to fall in love with. 2.16 Investigations As Neelix starts to hear rumours of a traitor on Voyager, Paris decides to leave the ship and join a Talaxian convoy. Soon after the convey is attacked by the Kazon and the ever scheming Seska attempts to coerce information out of Paris. 2.17 Deadlock On the run from the Viidians, Voyager seeks refuge in a plasma cloud, when a sudden accident caused severe damage to the ship and as the crew discovers creates a duplicate Voyager. 2.18 Innocence After Tuvok 's shuttle crash-lands in a sacred haven of the Drayan, an alien race which has refused outside contact for decades, he finds three frightened Drayan children that have been abandoned by their people to die on the planet. 2.19 The Thaw Voyager finds a group of aliens preserved in cryogenic suspension, but when the crew try to wake them they find the computer does not want to let them go. 2.20 Tuvix Due to a freak transporter accident, Tuvok and Neelix become combined into a single alien entity which combines traits from both of them. 2.21 Resolutions Chakotay and Janeway become much better aquatinted after they are quarantined on an uninhabited planet. 2.22 Basics, Part I The Kazon put a daring plan into motion and seize the Voyager, leaving all but two of the crew stranded on a desert planet. Part one of two. Season Three 3.1 Basics, Part II With Voyager in the hands of the Kazon, Janeway must find some way to retrieve her ship. Part two of two. 3.2 Flashback After coming down with a mysterious ailment, Tuvok has visions back to his days when he served on a starship under the famous Captain Sulu. 3.3 The Chute Kim and Paris are falsely accused of committing acts of terrorism and are both incarcerated in a horrific alien prison. 3.4 The Swarm As Voyager prepares to cross through the territory of an unknown but feared race, the Doctor finds himself with a major problem. 3.5 Sacred Ground When Kes gets in trouble on an away mission, it is up to Janeway to do whatever she can to save her. 3.6 False Profits The Voyager crew encounter the two Ferengi that were lost in the Delta Quadrant when the Barzan Wormhole turned out to be unstable. 3.7 Remember An old woman uses her telepathic powers to transfer her memories into B'Elanna before she dies as a warning to the younger generation not to make the mistakes they did. 3.8 Future's End, Part I After being attacked by a ship from the future, the Voyager crew find themselves thrown back to 20th Century Earth. Part one of two. 3.9 Future's End, Part II The crew must prevent a leading 20th Century industrialist from destroying the future using the recovered time-ship. Part two of two. 3.10 The Q and Grey With the Q Continuum thrown into civil war following the death of Quinn, Q arrives on the ship with a proposition for Janeway. 3.11 Warlord When an alien warrior dies on Voyager, he manages to take over Kes in an attempt to see his plans of conquest through. 3.12 Macrocosm The ship is overwhelmed by a strange new lifeform and Janeway is forced into the conduit to elude the alien form while the Doctor on his first away mission attempts to find a solution. 3.13 Fair Trade An old friend of Neelix tricks him into shipping some illegal narcotics which gets the Voyager crew into some difficulty. 3.14 Alter Ego Tuvok's emotional control is put to the test when he becomes intrigued by a most unusual holodeck character. 3.15 Coda Following an attack by the Viidians, Janeway has a strange experience that may mean that she is dead. 3.16 Blood Fever One of the Vulcan crew members enters Pon Farr, the ferocious Vulcan mating phase, during the exploration of a decimated colony. 3.17 Unity With Chakotay missing, the Voyager crew come up against the Federations greatest threat when they discover an apparently disabled Borg cube. 3.18 Darkling Experimenting with new personalities, the Doctor puts the crew in terrible danger as he starts to show a dark and sinister side. 3.19 Rise While attempting to help a local race, Tuvok and Neelix crash land and in trying to escape back to Voyager reveal the possibility of a traitor in their midst. 3.20 Favorite Son Kim starts to behave abnormally and leads the Voyager crew to an alien planet where an amazing secret about him is revealed. 3.21 Before and After After an experiment to try and prolong her life, an elderly Kes finds herself moving backwards in time. 3.22 Real Life The Doctor creates a holographic family to try and better understand his patients and finds being father more trouble that he anticipated. 3.23 Distant Origin A scientist finds Voyager and uses it to try and prove that his species was not the first Delta Quadrant race but migrated there from a distant location. 3.24 Displaced Crew members mysteriously start to disappear from the ship only to be replaced by an unknown alien race. 3.25 Worse Case Scenario The crew find a holoprogram dealing with the possibility of a mutiny onboard the ship and try to figure out who wrote it. 3.26 Scorpion, Part I Entering Borg space, the crew prepare to defend themselves but find that the Borg are far to occupied to bother with them. Part one of two. Season Four 4.1 Scorpion, Part II At the invitation of Janeway, a Borg representative comes aboard Voyager to work on defeating the new enemy. Part two of two. 4.2 The Gift While the crew become used to Seven of Nine , Kes starts to undergo changes in her mental powers that could endanger the ship. 4.3 Nemesis Crashing his shuttlecraft during an away mission, Chakotay finds himself in the middle of an alien war where each side is trying to eradicate the other. 4.4 Day of Honor As Torres undergoes an ancient Klingon ritual she finds her day ruined with one disaster after another ending in an unscheduled EVA with Paris. 4.5 Repulsion Responding to a distress call, the Voyager crew find the only survivor onboard a ship is a holographic janitor. 4.6 The Raven Seven of Nine's Borg programming kicks back in as she steals a shuttlecraft to meet up with an oddly familiar Borg Cube. 4.7 Scientific Method As the crew come down with a series of mild complaints, evidence points to an outside force conducting some form of experiment on Voyager. 4.8 The Year of Hell, Part I Entering an area of space once controlled by a race called the Krenim, Voyager finds time and history changing around them. Part one of two. 4.9 The Year of Hell, Part II With only a skeleton crew, Janeway takes a war-torn Voyager into harms reach in order to stop the Krenim from erasing them from existance. Part two of two. 4.10 Random Thoughts On a planet of telepaths where violence has been outlawed, a number of violent attacks are linked to the arrival of the Voyager crew. 4.11 Concerning Flight After a very clever pirate raid, Voyager must chase after its stolen computer core only to find the holographic version of Leonardo DaVinci in the service of the criminal lord. 4.12 Mortal Coil Neelix is killed trying to get a sample of a potential enegy source material and revived with the assistance of Seven, but he is unconvinced that he should have been so brought back. 4.13 Message in a Bottle Finding a alien communication network, the crew manage to send the Doctor to a Starfleet vessel located in the Alpha Quadrant only to find the ship captured by the Romulans. 4.14 Waking Moments Crew members start to fall into comas as the crew realise they have come under attack from a strange alien race that exists for most of thier time in the dream state. 4.15 Hunters Recieving signs that Starfleet are trying to contact them, Voyager risks the Hirogen once again to use the alien relay system. 4.16 Prey Voyager finds a wounded member of Species 947 on the run from a Hirogen hunting pack and must if the enemy of their enemy is their friend. 4.17 Retrospect At a small colony, Janeway negotiates the purchase of powerful new weaponry to defend themselves. However, Seven becomes convinced that one of the alien technical team assaulted her. 4.18 The Killing Game, Part I Voyager has been taken over by the Hirogen, who force the crew into playing through battle scenarios on the holodeck. Part one of two. 4.19 The Killing Game Part II With Seven free of the Hirogen mind control devices, she teams up with the Doctor to try and retake the ship. Part two of two. 4.20 Vis a Vis An alien seeking help on the ship may hide a disturbing secret, while Paris starts to act stranger than normal. 4.21 The Omega Directive Janeway keeps the crew in the dark over a top secret assignment after the ship detects particles of a highly dangerous substance in the vicinity. 4.22 Unforgettable Chakotay is shocked when an alien seeking asylum tells him that they had a romantic affair but he has forgotten all about it since. 4.23 Living Witness Seven hundred years into the future, the Doctor must defend the crew of Voyager against the revisionist history of an alien race. 4.24 Demon Running out of dilithium to power the ship, the crew are forced to risk the extreme dangers of a Demon-type planet in an attempt to survive. 4.25 One The crew must be put into suspended animation as the ship crosses a dangerous nebula, only Seven and the Doctor are left to run the ship for the month voyage. 4.26 Hope and Fear After an alien visitor decodes the Starfleet message, the crew are led to a new experimental starship that could prove to be a means to get home. Season Five 5.1 Night Venturing through a area of space totally devoid of stars, Voyager comes to the aid of a native race being driven to exinction by the unsound practices of another. 5.2 Drone Returning from an away mission, the Doctors mobile emitter starts to malfunction in a rather startling way leading to a potential new crew member. 5.3 Extreme Risk B'Elanna starts to behave strangely as the crew race against time to build a new shuttlecraft to allow them to recover a downed space probe. 5.4 Once Upon a Time While her mother is away on a mission, little miss Wildman has an adventure of her own with Neelix on the holodeck. 5.5 In the Flesh The Voyager crew discover an exact replica of Starfleet Academy within a strange space station and must uncover the motives of the aliens trying to pass themselves off as human. 5.6 Timeless Chakotay and Kim try to prevent a mistake that happened 15 years ago and caused the destruction of Voyager and the death of her crew. 5.7 Infinite Regress Passing a destroyed Borg cube, Seven starts to exhibit signs of a form of multiple personality disorder as her own nears becoming lost forever. 5.8 Nothing Human Rescuing a non-humanoid lifeform from a damaged ship, the Doctor must call on unorthadox methods when it attaches itself to B'Elanna. 5.9 Thirty Days The delta flyer goes underwater on a world entirely covered by oceans and comes across a dangerous beast within the depths. 5.10 Counterpoint Voyager goes into the smuggling trade, as they try to take a group of renegade telepaths through the space of an powerful and totalitarian regime. 5.11 Latent Image 5.12 The Bride of Chaotica When an alien entity picks up Paris's B-movie holonovel, it thinks that it represents a threat to the real universe and it is up to the crew to defeat the evil Doctor Chaotica to save Voyager. 5.13 Gravity When they crash land on a barren planet, Tuvok and Paris must team up with a local group when Voyager finds that they have no way of rescuing their downed personnel. 5.14 Bliss Voyager believes it has found a wormhole all the way home, but Seven is not convinced and must pursuade the rest of the crew that it is a trap before it is too late. 5.16 Dark Frontier The Borg return as the Queen tries to bring Seven of Nine back into the Collective and Janeway is determined not to give up on her protege.
