Sisko travels with Dukat to the Demilitarised Zone to find out what is happening. ( Double Length ). 4.2 Hippocratic Oath Bashir and O'Brien find a planet in the Gamma Quadrant where a group of rebel Jem'Hadar live. Bashir has all his ethics put to the test by the tense situation. 4.3 The Visitor When an experiment goes wrong and Captain Sisko is apparently killed, Jake Sisko lives a long life without him where he is a noted writer. 4.4 Indiscretion When evidence of a lost Cardassian ship carrying Bajoran prisoners comes to light, Kira and Dukat form an unlikely team to locate any survivors. 4.5 Rejoined A former husband of Dax arrives on the station but Trill rules prevent the two new hosts from becoming as acquainted as they want to be. 4.6 Starship Down Trying to rescue a ship inside a red giant's atmosphere, the Defiant is disabled by the Jem'Hadar. Dax and Bashir are trapped in the turbolift while Kira cares over a dying Sisko. 4.7 Little Green Men Quark, Rom and Nog are transported to Roswell, New Mexico, where they are captured as the infamous aliens. 4.8 The Sword of Kahless Kor and Dax embark on a mission to find the legendary weapon of the original Emperor Kahless. 4.9 Our Man Bashir Bashir goes on the holosuite where he plays a Secret Agent in British Intelligence of the 20th Century. The program goes wrong and Bashir must play out the drama or risk killing everyone. 4.10 Homefront Sisko finds evidence that the Changelings have infiltrated Earth and so sets off with Odo to try and stop a major incident. Part one of two. 4.11 Paradise Lost While trying to stop the Changelings on Earth, Sisko uncovers another conspiracy in which a Starfleet Admiral intends to seize control of the planet. Unable to bear the disgrace of their family an longer, he asks Worf to kill him. 4.15 Bar Association Finally having enough of his brother, Rom rallies the bar staff of Quarks into a union to demand better pay and conditions. 4.16 Accession A legendary Bajoran hero returns through the wormhole and challenges Sisko as to which of them is the true Emissary. 4.17 Rules of Engagement After destroying a Klingon ship while in command of the Defiant, Worf finds himself brought before a court-martial for his actions. 4.18 Hard Time While on a mission to an alien planet O'Brien is accused of espionage and as punishment has 20 years of memories placed in his mind. 4.19 Shattered Mirror Sisko must follow Jake into the Mirror Universe where a tyrannical alternate Worf is endangering the sector. 4.20 The Muse Lwaxana Troi returns to the station with some surprising news for Odo. She is pregnant and is on the run from her husband. 4.21 For the Cause Evidence mounts that there are Maquis sympathisers onboard the station and Sisko is forced to deal with the situation. 4.22 To The Death Sisko must join forces with the enemy to stop a rogue group of Jem'Hadar from destroying everything in sight. 4.23 The Quickening Bashir attempts to cure a Gamma Quadrant civilisation that has been infected with a terminal disease by the Jem'Hadar. 4.24 Body Parts Quark is diagnosed with a fatal illness and arranges the sale of his body, but when the prognosis turns out to be wrong the buyer does not want out of the deal. 4.25 Broken Link Odo must return to the Founders to face the charge of murdering one of his own kind. Season Six 6.1 A Time to Stand The war does not go well for the Federation as Sisko and crew are sent on a mission deep into Cardassian space on a captured Dominion fighter. 6.2 Rocks and Shoals Crash-landing on a remote planet, Sisko must work out a way to get home and defend their position against a Dominion squad and their calculating Vorta. 6.3 Sons and Daughters Worf is distressed when his estranged son Alexander comes onboard his Bird of Prey in an attempt to prove himself as a warrior. 6.4 Behind The Lines Sisko is promoted and must watch as the Defiant is sent out without him in command, as Kira becomes concerned for Odo when another Changeling arrives on the station. 6.5 Favor the Bold As the Cardassians prepare to bring down the minefield, Sisko plans a last ditch strategy to retake the station and save the Alpha Quadrant. On the eve of Worf and Dax's wedding, the mistress of the House of Martok arrives to inspect her prospective daughter. 6.8 Resurrection Bareil from the alternate universe arrives on the station, an apparent refugee from the persecution of the Alliance and its Bajoran puppets. 6.9 Statistical Probabilities Bashir is asked to supervise a group of intellectually gifted but mentally retarded patients as they work on strategies for the ongoing war with the Dominion. 6.10 The Magnificent Ferengi When Ishka is captured by the Dominion, it is up to Quark to put together a team to rescue her but just how good can a group of Ferengis get? 6.11 Waltz Sisko escorts Dukat to a Federation hearing when they crash-land on a deserted planet and face up to their feelings towards each other. 6.12 Who Mourns for Morn Morn dies and leaves his estate to Quark, who finds out more than he wanted to about his best customer when a number of questionable people turn up. 6.13 Far Beyond the Stars A coloured science-fiction writer in a racial intolerant America dreams of a future where a coloured Captain runs a space station known as Deep Space Nine. 6.14 One Little Ship During a scientific investigation the Defiant is attacked and results in a runabout shrunk to minuscule proportions being the only hope against the Jem'Hadar. 6.15 Honor Among Thieves O'Brien is recruited by Starfleet Intelligence to infiltrate the Orion Syndicate and find out who the traitor is that has resulted in the deaths of a number of operatives. 6.16 A Change of Heart On a mission deep into Cardassian territory Worf must make the difficult choice between completing the mission and the life of his new wife. 6.17 Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night Kira is disturbed by a message from Dukat that suggests that her mother was not the heroine she thought she was and asks for access to the Orb of Time to uncover the truth. 6.18 Inquisition The dreaded Internal Affairs division descends on the station to rout out possible traitors and take a particular interest in the recent activities of Doctor Bashir. 6.19 In the Pale Moonlight Getting tired of the endless casualty reports, Sisko turns to Garak for assistance in recruiting the Romulans to their cause. 6.20 His Way Odo turns to a ingeniously designed holgram of a lounge singer in order to get help in winning the heart of Kira. 6.21 The Reckoning Sisko is called to Bajor to view and artifact uncovered from the ruins of B'hala which threatens to bring either armageddon or a new beginning for Bajor. 6.22 The Valiant On a diplomatic mission, Jake and Nog are rescued from the Jem'Hadar by a Defiant class ship crewed only by cadets from the elite Red Squad. 6.23 Profit and Lace When Zek is deposed as Grand Nagus after giving Ferengi women the right to wear clothes, he turns to Quark to help him regain his rightful place. 6.24 Time's Orphan On a picnic, the O'Brien family is devestated after Molly falls into a strange energy field generated by an ancient alien artifact. 6.25 The Sound of Her Voice On patrol, the Defiant picks up a distress call from the sole survivor of a Federation starship. The crew take turns to talk to her as they rush to the crash site. 6.26 Tears of the Prophets Sisko prepares to lead a joint attack on Cardassia as warnings from the Prophets tell him of a danger to him and Bajor approaching. Season Seven 7.1 Images in the Sand A vision from the Prophets and a surprising family revelation send Sisko on a search to find the lost Orb of the Emissary. Part one of two. 7.2 Shadows and Symbols As Worf risks himself to honour Dax and Kira stands up to the Romulans, Sisko and company arrive on Tyree to find the orb. Part two of two. 7.3 Afterimage As Ezri tries to find a place for herself and come to terms with the joining, Garak starts to exhibit strange and suicidal behaviour. 7.4 Take Me Out to the Holo-Suite An old rival of Sisko arrives at the station and challenges him to a baseball game, with Jake as the only other person on the station that has ever played before. 7.5 Chrysalis The Jack Pack cause more trouble as they return to DS9 in order to try and get Bashir to release Sarina from her non-communicative state. 7.6 Treachery, Faith and The Great River Odo is amazed when he turns up at a secret meeting to find a defecting Weyoun, and ever more amazed when Weyoun contacts him to ask for the defector back. 7.7 Once More Into The Breach Kor asks Worf to help him get a position in the war and die like he has lived, as a hero in combat.
